Chemistry: Excellent Relationship: Friends Work Again: Positive It's very rare to see a 6-foot-3 tall Chinese man who began in the G4 Police Force, switched to runway modeling and somehow turned out to be a second-grade actor that eventually made it to the top as one of TVB leading men. But that's Ma's career life. Ma worked with Maggie before when he was still a second-grade actor, but little did he know that after The Awakening Story, his first leading role, he would become her newfound best friend. Ma really climbed from rock bottom up to cloud ninth. Today, married to a beautiful woman and has a wonderful little son, with a sky rocketing career and a best friend like Maggie, Ma is increasingly become an eye-catching actor in HK. His chemistry with Maggie comes very unexpected. Maggie herself could not believe it, but she and Ma both agreed, "We were shocked to how well we clicked!" One Good Turn Deserves Another Ma has little scenes with Maggie. His character as Peter, the key person for Maggie to seek revenge on Louisa So Suk Wah. The Awakening Story They click well in this series for both as a kindred nature at work. Ma is a neurologist to Maggie's mom. Not only he takes care of her mother's well-being in the early chapters, he later takes care of Maggie too. Very sweet pairing. Wild Castaway Ma and Maggie co-host this reality show as newly wed couple stranded in an Australian island...supposedly continuing after their ending in The Awakening Story--after the couple got married. The (fake) couple spent 2 weeks in Australia, facing difficulties living in the wilderness. Let's Face It Due to the little screen time devoted to Ma and Maggie in the Awakening Story, this series is meant to make it up to Joe-Maggie fans.
